This spring, RCA Counseling is once again offering Fresh Beginning—a clean start for those taking the first steps toward sexual integrity.

In Fresh Beginning, you—and your partner, if applicable—will:

• Come to understand how your brain works and why it’s  so hard to break free of addiction on your own
• Discover practical tools for overcoming addiction long term
• Begin to restore trust and integrity in your relationships
• Be supported by a staff of highly-trained therapists and others struggling with the same issues

Past participants have said that Fresh Beginning was a major turning point in their recovery. They made progress they never thought possible, and they found a whole new level of freedom.

What is Fresh Beginning?

Fresh Beginning is a 4-week course sponsored by RCA Counseling, San Diego’s leading therapy practice for the treatment of sexual addiction.

Fresh Beginning starts with four large group seminars (on Thursday evenings from March 30 to April 20, 2017, 6:15pm-8:00pm) during which you’ll learn about the addiction cycle and the path to healing.

After the four group seminars, you’ll be able to transition into personalized, weekly, small therapy groups which will give you the opportunity to share your insights and practice your newfound skills in a safe setting.
